Henry E. Posko, Jr.
Mr. Posko is the president and CEO of Humanim, Inc., of Columbia, Maryland, a large not-for-profit organization which provides a broad range of clinical and vocational human services to over 4,000 children, adults and older adults. Mr. Posko has spent 25 years as CEO of Humanim. He is a former chairman of the board of Maryland Works, Leadership Maryland and the Howard County Association of Community Services. He is a 2006 graduate of “The Leadership” of the Greater Baltimore Committee and a graduate of Leadership Maryland and Leadership Howard County. In the past 10 years, Mr. Posko has been recognized as the Humanitarian of the Year in Howard County, awarded the Maryland SBA Welfare to Work Employer of the Year, named Leadership Howard County’s Distinguished Alumni, and was awarded Leadership Maryland’s Outstanding Leader of the Year. Mr. Posko is a graduate of Prince George’s Community College and the University of Baltimore, where he received a Bachelor Arts in psychology. He earned his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Loyola College.
